Job Title: Business Development and Sales Associate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development and Sales
Associate to focus on identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base,
and preparing compelling tender applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
creating meaningful client connections and driving revenue growth through strategic sales
and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients across sectors, including solar energy, real estate,
construction, NGOs, Fintechs, and manufacturing. - Develop strategies to expand market reach and increase visibility of Seal
Associates’ and Seal Advisory’s services. - Research and identify partnership opportunities and build relationships with
industry stakeholders.

2. Sales Execution:
- Actively pursue leads and close sales for services such as audit, tax
consultancy, and business advisory. - Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and pitches to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to secure new clients and meet sales targets.
3. Tender Applications:
- Lead the preparation of high-quality, persuasive tender applications and
proposals that align with client requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure
all documentation is accurate and complete. - Track and manage timelines for tender submissions, ensuring deadlines are
consistently met.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and
position Seal Associates’ and Seal Advisory’s services as solutions. - Ensure client satisfaction and look for opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services.
5. Strategic Initiatives:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor
activities. - Provide insights to the leadership team to refine sales and business
development strategies.
6. Reporting and Monitoring
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market
feedback. - Prepare reports and presentations for management to evaluate business
development performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably
in professional services or consultancy. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to prepare and deliver
compelling presentations and proposals. - Experience in preparing tender applications and coordinating bid processes is highly
desirable. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a results-driven approach.
