External Audit Senior Associate

Job Description:

Seal Associates is seeking a skilled External Audit Senior Associate to deliver assurance services and business insights to a range of clients, from startups to established organizations with regional and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and reviews of client operations
  • Research client industries to enhance understanding and audit quality.
  • Plan and execute audit approaches in collaboration with management.
  • Document findings and provide actionable recommendations.,
  • Supervise and review work by junior staff, offering coaching and best practices.
  • Manage team dynamics and build strong client relationships.
  • Ensure engagement timelines and budgets are met while addressing any variances.,

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of external audit experience in a reputable firm. (MUST),
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field,
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA or equivalent.,
  • Knowledge of IFRS, and international auditing standards.,
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
