Job Description:
Seal Associates is seeking a skilled External Audit Senior Associate to deliver assurance services and business insights to a range of clients, from startups to established organizations with regional and international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and reviews of client operations

Research client industries to enhance understanding and audit quality.

Plan and execute audit approaches in collaboration with management.

Document findings and provide actionable recommendations.,

Supervise and review work by junior staff, offering coaching and best practices.

Manage team dynamics and build strong client relationships.

Ensure engagement timelines and budgets are met while addressing any variances.,
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum 3 years of external audit experience in a reputable firm. (MUST),

Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field,

Professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA or equivalent.,

Knowledge of IFRS, and international auditing standards.,

Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,

Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
